Is a leadership formation program for current and emerging Vincentian leaders.
Is intended to help the Society return to its roots to better understand its mission and values.

Dave Barringer is the former CEO of the National Council of the US Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Dave retired as CEO as of October 1, 2024, but remains active with the Society in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to joining the Society, Dave served as Senior Vice President at Goodwill Industries International. He holds a BA degree in Journalism & PR and a Masters degree in General Administration. Dave and his wife Mary Ellen live in Phoenix, Arizona.
Fr. Gerry Kelly, C.M. is Chaplain; Associate Administrator of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Previously Fr. Kelly served as a Board Member for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Chicago and holds the position of Assistant Spiritual Advisor for the Chicago Diocese.
Marge McGinley comes to us with over twenty-five years of parish ministry experience combined with twenty five years of casual relief/part time hospital chaplaincy and twenty-five years of care of the poor in the community of Mt. Holly, NJ.
Marge holds a certificate in Ministry to the Bereaved, and a Certificate in Parish Administration from the Diocese of Trenton.
Her Clinical Pastoral Education was accomplished at Cooper Trauma Center in Camden, NJ. Her B.A. of Human Services further compliments her ability to recognize the social issues and family dynamics in every setting. Marge currently serves as a Spiritual Advisor in her home Conference, the Chairperson for Formation for her Diocesan Council and as the National Formation Committee Chairperson.
Sister Consuelo Tovar is the Associate Director of Vincentian Formation. Sister Consuelo has been a member of the Vincentian Family as a Daughter of Charity for over 55 years. She comes to the National Office after 30 years of community organizing in the Southwest Region of the Texas and New Mexico Industrial Areas Foundation. She is familiar with the landscape and needs of the poor and vulnerable throughout the Southwest and the Texas-Mexico border. Her organizing work focused on the formation and training of institutional leaders to help congregational leaders and nonprofit organizations build their capacity to address issues affecting the quality of life in their communities.
Tim Williams is the Senior National Director of Formation for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in the United States. Before joining the national staff, he served as 1st Vice President and Senior Formator for the Diocesan Council of Dallas, chaired the Spiritual Advisor Handbook Task Force, and was a member of the National Formation Committee. He has presented on Vincentian Spirituality and Formation at numerous Diocesan, Regional, and National Assemblies. Most importantly, he and his wife have made hundreds of home visits, serving Christ in the person of the poor.
