Tom Pelger has been a Vincentian since 2010 - serving as conference member and home visit leader, conference President, Peoria District Council President, National Systemic Change Task Force, and National Finance Committee. Tom became an Aha Process trainer in 2013, and has conducted Bridges Out of Poverty education and Getting Ahead Facilitator training. He has served as facilitator, mentor and Steering Committee Chair for Peoria Council's Coming Together to Get Ahead program. In October 2017, Tom was elected to the Society's National Board of Directors as National Vice President for the North Central Region.
Víctor ha sido Vicentino desde 2012. Es miembro, tesorero y el presidente anterior de la Conferencia Santa Maria en Spokane, WA. Es formador del Consejo de Distrito SVdP y coordinador de formación, crecimiento y revitalización.
Víctor habla español e inglés. Se jubiló en mayo de 2015 después de trabajar como ingeniero eléctrico y en administración/ventas para empresas en los EE. UU. y países extranjeros.
