A Council with its own formation team can provide the right formation at the right time to meet its unique needs, rather than relying on the uncertain availability of traveling formation teams. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to build a formation team (even if you thought you couldn’t) and gain a better understanding of the benefits to your Council.

Vincent and Louise are often referred to as a dynamic duo of their time because of their accomplishments working together. Sr. Paule will explain how these two very opposite individuals came together to provide spirituality and service to the poor. Frederic and Rosalie are the other dynamic duo. He was a 20-year-old college student, and she was a Daughter of Charity with a strong spirituality and work ethic. Sr. Paule will explain how these two individuals helped to change the lives of the poor of their time through their personal growth together.
