Fr. Rhett Williams
Pastor, St. Thomas More
Fr. Rhett Williams is a native of Charleston, SC. He attended Furman University in Greenville, SC graduating in 2007 with a double major in History and Spanish, before spending over three years in El Salvador with the Peace Corps. After the Peace Corps, he spent six years in seminary at Theological College in Washington, DC where he received a Licentiate in Philosophy (PhL), a Masters of Divinity (MDiv), and the Pontifical Bachelors in Sacred Theology (STB) degree. He was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Charleston on June 8, 2018. In July 2021, he was made Pastor of St. Thomas More and Vocations Director for the Diocese.
