Directions
Hyatt Regency at the Arch is located approximately 15 miles from St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). Transportation to and from the airport is available thru Taxi, Uber or Lyft. The Hyatt Regency is in the downtown area of St. Louis along the Mississippi Riverfront, next to the Gateway Arch, and the Basilica of St. Louis, King of France (The Old Cathedral).
Overnight accommodations are available at the Hyatt Regency at the rate of $145 per night, plus tax. Cut-off is February 12, 2024, after that date rooms will be available at the prevailing rate.

John Berry National Council President
John is an experienced senior executive and tireless advocate for people in need. He champions national, state, and local efforts to fight poverty, dependence, and need. John served 14 years as the Chief Executive Office for St. Vincent de Paul Georgia, before being elected in 2023 as Society of St. Vincent de Paul's National Council President. Dave Barringer National Council CEO
Dave Barringer is the CEO of the National Council of the US Society of St. Vincent de Paul, providing staff leadership to the national office staff and the Board of Directors in support of more than 100,000 members across the U.S. Dave and his wife Mary Ellen live in St. Louis, and have a son, Thomas, a Vincentian and middle/high school science teacher and football coach in the Phoenix area. Archbishop Andrew E. Bellisario, C.M.National Episcopal Advisor
Archbishop Andrew E. Bellisario, C.M. was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. He graduated from Saint Vincent's Seminary High School in Montebello, CA in 1975 and entered into the Congregation of the Mission. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from St. Mary's of the Barrens Seminar College in Perryville, MO, and was ordained a priest for the Vincentians, Province of the West in 1984. Mark GaetaniSVdP Australia
Mark is a finance professional having worked for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for 32 years in various roles including branch management, Corporate and Agri-banking specialist and his last role prior to leaving the CBA was Regional Executive Manager. He is currently Finance Manager for local family-owned finance company – Coogans Tasmania responsible for the Launceston office.
Mark commenced his involvement with the St Vincent de Paul Society in Tasmania as a member in early 2016 and not long following his commencement was asked to take on the role of Treasurer on State Council. In November 2018 he was elected as President of State Council and then joined the National Council of Australia in January 2019 as the Tasmanian representative on Council. He is also a member of the National Social Justice Committee and National Audit, Risk and Finance Standing Committee.
Mark is a strong advocate for the homeless in Tasmania and is committed in ensuring the Society in Tasmania is strategically placed to contribute to increasing housing opportunities for the homeless and those seeking permanent, affordable and safe housing.
